Founder and CEO

Bill is a master cleaner in carpets, furniture, and tile. He is certified in water restoration and structural drying. With over 40 years of experience in carpet cleaning and water restoration, he has devoted himself to fulfilling his motto with his customers: “Be honest. Give every customer a great carpet cleaning experience, exceeding expectations.”

Eric Criss

Vice President and Certified Technician

Eric has worked with his stepdad, Bill Hoerr, for over 20 years. He is certified by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection for Cleaning and Restoration) as a WRT (Water Restoration Technician), ASD (Applied Structural Drying), CCT (Carpet Cleaning Technician), as well as OCT (Odor Control Technician). Born and raised in Peoria, IL, Eric and his wife raise their two beautiful children in the community where they both grew up. In addition, they strive to support local businesses and organizations in the local area.
